- Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

- Package your item securely using original packaging when possible
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Refund Details
- Full refund of purchase price will be issued to original payment method
- Refund will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the return
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items showing signs of wear or use
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will cover return shipping costs
- A replacement will be shipped immediately or a full refund issued
- Photo documentation may be required
Store Credit Option
- Choose store credit and receive an additional 10% bonus value
- Store credit is valid for 12 months from issue date
- Store credit can be used on any future purchase
